Meditation is a mint spice blend, with mugwort, to help you to feel relaxed, yet alert for activities in which you will need to be aware. Meditation has a soothing lightly spiced flavour, and may be used for relaxation or to reduce anxiety.
How to prepare: Add one heaped teaspoon of the mix per cup of hot water just off the boil. Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
