Taste: Minty, with the mild bitterness of green tea, earthy sweetness of spices, anise flavour of the star anise and mugwort and a light note of lemon.
Meditation is a mugwort blend, to help you to feel relaxed and yet alert.
How to prepare: Add one heaped teaspoon of the mix per cup of hot water just off the boil. Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
