Returns/Refunds

We offer 30 day refunds or exchanges subject to the conditions listed on this page.

Please hold on to your proof of purchase as it will be required to return and/or receive a refund on your items.

Items may be returned if they are found to be

  • Damaged in transit, or
  • Incorrect item as per the invoice.
  • Faulty or contaminated upon arrival.

Herbal teas and herbs cannot be returned due to change of mind.

Items purchased via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.

If an item is faulty, or has been damaged in shipment, we will email you a label for you to print out and attach to the package. This will then be collected by courier at our cost.

Please have your Order ID with you when applying for a refund.
