Taste: A base of strong malty black tea, with the sourness of rosehips, mild bitterness of ginseng and gingko, and the earthy sweetness of spices.
Black tea contains L-theanine which is good for better mental focus, increased cognitive performance and relaxation.
Siberian Ginseng and Tulsi are adaptogens which boost mental accuity as well as energy and immunity.
Gingko biloba improves circulation, eye health and vision, brain function and well being, and may reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Lemon balm is calming and highly nutritive as are the other herbs which I have put into the blend to complement each other and work in synergy on different parts of the brain.
This tea was blended as a boost for the brain, is excellent for use when studying, and for people who need help with general brain health. I originally blended it for children with ADHD, to help them with concentration at school.

How to prepare:
Add one heaped teaspoon of herbal tea blend per cup of hot water just off the boil. Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
