Taste: Sweet blueberry with a sour top-note of hibiscus
Blueberry Hibiscus is a combination of herbs and berries to strengthen your veins and heart, and promote healthy circulation.
Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, and are high in Vitamin C and potassium, even in dried form. They lower the risk of heart disease and cancer and have anti-inflammatory benefits.
Hibiscus is a dried flower which contains anthocyanins that are beneficial for heart health. Hibiscus has been shown to normalise blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels, help break down fat in the liver, help your body fight against cancer. It has also been shown in the lab to inhibit eight different kinds of pathogenic bacteria, including e.coli. Hibiscus has also been shown to aid weight loss.

How to prepare:
Add one heaped teaspoon of herbal tea blend per cup of hot water just off the boil. Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and serve.Enjoy hot or cold!
