Taste: Sweet blueberry with a sour top-note of hibiscus
Blueberry Hibiscus is a combination of herbs and berries to strengthen your veins and heart, and promote healthier circulation.
Blueberries(Cyannococcus)are pack with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, also are high in Vitamin C and potassium even in dried form. They lower the risk of heart disease and cancer and have anti-inflammatory benefits.
Hibiscus(Hibiscus sabdariffa), is a dried flower which contains anthocyanins that are beneficial for heart health. Hibiscus has been shown to normalise blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels, help break down fat in the liver, help your body fight against cancer. It has also been shown in the lab to inhibit eight different kinds of pathogenic bacteria, including e.coli. Hibiscus has also been shown to aid weight loss.
Hawthorn berries(Crataegus rosaceae)are loaded with polyphenols which help to lower the risk of and help treat some cancers, Type 2 diabetes,asthma, heart problems, and premature skin aging. Hawthorn berries help reduce chronic inflammation, normalise blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Hawthorn berries may even prevent hair loss and are a common ingredient in hair regrowth products.
Cranberries(Vaccinium oxycoccus)are a powerhouse of phytonutrients which are beneficial for boosting brain power, aiding weight loss, combatting tooth decay, nourishing skin, promoting heart health, strengthening veins, strengthening immunity, fighting cancer and flushing out UTI’s.

How to prepare:
Add one heaped teaspoon of herbal tea blend per cup of hot water just off the boil. Steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. Strain and serve.Enjoy hot or cold!
