Honeybush, or Cyclopia grows in the Eastern and Western Cape regions of South Africa, and is closely related to rooibos. Honeybush tea contains small amounts of calcium, zinc and iron, as well as beneficial plant antioxidants.

How to prepare:
Add 1 heaping teaspoon per cup of liquid. Method 1: Boil 1 minute in water, milk or both. Method 2: Steep in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, then add milk. Sweeten if desired.
